You don't find Roseta.
You wander into it.

Half café, half concept store, half gallery — it doesn't divide neatly into halves. Order a coffee. Sit by the window. Notice the paintings on the wall, the clothes on the rail, the mountains beyond the glass.

Nobody will rush you. Carrer de la Rosa is five minutes from the monastery and a world away from the coach parties — a door that looks shut until you try it, and a room that keeps going further back than you'd guess from the street.

Espresso from La Molienda. Milk steamed properly, not just heated. A Marzocco that gets used all day and cleaned every night. Nothing about it is complicated — it's just done right, every single cup.

Art and clothing from The Cocowear, hung and racked between the tables — prints, patterns, and pieces made to be tried on, not just looked at. None of it is online. That's rather the point.

The village

Come for the coffee.
Stay for the village.

Stone streets built for mules, not cars. Bougainvillea over doorways that have stood since before anyone thought to date them. This is the village where Chopin once waited out a Mallorcan winter — steep, quiet, and higher than it has any right to be, tucked into the Serra de Tramuntana between Deià and Sóller.

Roseta sits a short, uphill walk from the main square. Wander first. The coffee will still be warm.
